1. Download the Zoom app to your device.
2. Make a donation with the button above.

Within a few hours you’ll receive a link and password giving you access to my teaching schedule for the current week.

Please note: Passwords change on Sunday evening, so if you want to access all 3 classes Monday – Friday, make sure you donate after noon on Friday and before Monday morning, otherwise, you will only have access until the end of the current week.

Ground, engage and open your body to become fully present & reconnect to your own felt sense of aliveness – embodied experience. Essential in these times of unprecedented change and uncertainty.

Using yoga and movement practices that are inclusive and kind yet powerful, I provide a space where you can pay yourself some deep attention without agenda or expectation.
